Job description

We're looking for a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in North West London. As a key member of our grounds care team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our client's properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a range of gardening and grounds maintenance machinery, including strimmers, mowers, and hedge cutters
2. Maintain and use company vehicles, plant, and equipment
3. Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
4. Conduct daily checks to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:

1. Full UK manual driving license
2. Safety boots and knowledge of health and safety procedures
3. DBS Check (in place prior to start)
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
