Resourcing Group are looking for experienced Grounds Maintenance Workers for our client to work in London Parks for an immediate start. This role is essential in ensuring that outdoor spaces are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and functional. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of grounds-keeping experience, as well as experience with various tools and equipment necessary for landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities

1. Perform general grounds-keeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
2. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
3. Maintain garden areas by weeding, watering, and applying mulch as needed.
4. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks.
5. Irrigate plants and landscapes to ensure proper growth and health of vegetation.

Candidate Requirements

1. Previous experience in grounds-keeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
2. Proficiency in using power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
3. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
4. Attention to detail and being vigilant as you will be dealing with the public.
5. Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.

Salary: £13.85

Monday to Friday, 7.30am-3.30pm / 30 mins lunch / 40 hours

Temp to Perm for the right candidates.
