Grounds Maintenance Operatives (BR/me/gm), London

PPM Recruitment is seeking Grounds Maintenance / Garden Maintenance operatives for one of the UK's largest Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance companies.

Responsibilities:

• Grass / Lawn Cutting, Edging, Strimming, Hedge Cutting, Litter Picking, Weed Control, and other gardening/grounds maintenance duties.
• Operate mowers and powered gardening tools.
• Report daily to the depot in the BR3 area.

Requirements:

• Experience with gardening equipment such as hedge cutters and lawn mowers.
• Ideally, experience in a team leader gardening role.
• Valid driver's license is essential.

Additional Details:

• Location: Kelsey, London, UK.
• All inductions at Beaverwood (BR7 area).
• Work in a mobile team of 2-3 workers.
• Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Employment Terms:

• Permanent roles available after a successful probation period.
• Pay rate options: £14.13/hour (no paid holiday) or £12.61/hour + holiday pay. After 13-15 weeks, pay will be £12.61/hour + holiday pay.
