Your Option Services Ltd carry out Grounds Maintenance services for multiple clients

across Walthamstow and Brent Cross.

We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our teamn. You will be

responsible for general grounds maintenance using hand tools and powered

horticultural machinery.

You will need to be a team player and be comfortable working alongside others, but

also on your own. You must have 5 years driving experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop in this industry and

would like career progression.

It is likely that no two days will be the same as you will be covering grass cutting,

shrub bed and hedge maintenance, leaf clearance, seeding, planting, turfing, gritting.

This role comes with a medium size company van.

Essential skills required:

● Previous experience working in grounds maintenance ● PA1 / PA6 ● A full UK driving licence (max 3 points) - this is highly desired for this role but

please contact us if you are interested but a non-driver and we can discuss (£25k)

● Be a team player and demonstrate initiative

You will need to undertake a DBS check for this role and be prepared to work

additional hours when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
