Job summary

Think Recruitment is assisting a leading housing association in Bromley with a Grounds Maintenance Operative role. You will perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed removal and litter collection across several sites.

Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week from 8:00 to 16:30, you will earn £16.38 per hour (umbrella) paid weekly. The role is short-term, around one month, and requires travelling between approximately five schemes daily in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Grounds maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grass cutting, hedge cutting and shrub pruning.
• Weed removal, litter picking and vegetation clearance.
• Travelling to around 5 schemes per day and working in a team.

Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative in the Bromley region on behalf of a leading housing association.

Our client is a leading housing association in Lanccing, who is looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative where your role will be to carry out general ground's maintenance including grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub pruning, weed removal, litter picking, bin emptying and vegetation clearance.

You will work in a team carrying out general estate management/maintenance and normally travelling to around 5 schemes per day.

Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Grounds Maintenance Experience
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay rate: £16.38 per hour, umbrella, paid weekly
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 40hours per week. 8:00am - 16:30pm
• This role is a short term contract running for around a month.
