Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking a grounds maintenance operative to maintain welcoming communal green spaces and engage with residents across the Solihull region. You will work independently and as part of a diverse team, using basic mobile devices and equipment with training provided.

Role involves travel across the Solihull area to ensure safe, well-maintained environments, and requires a UK driving licence with van-sharing in most cases. DBS check is required prior to employment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
• Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
• Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
• Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
• Traveling across the Solihull, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments

Additional requirements

• Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment.
• A UK driving license (van sharing in most cases)
