Job summary

Harrison Leisure in Scotland is seeking a proactive Grounds & Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the park’s upkeep, safety, and presentation. You will lead the grounds team, manage hot tub maintenance, and ensure compliance with health/safety standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role combines leadership with hands-on maintenance across holiday homes, outdoor spaces, and park facilities, including hot tubs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within maintenance, groundskeeping, or holiday park operations.
• Hands-on practical maintenance and landscaping experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize daily work schedules for Grounds and Maintenance team.
• Delegate maintenance, landscaping, and turnaround tasks.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to maintain safety and quality.
• Coordinate response times for maintenance issues and resolve faults.
• Maintain records of maintenance jobs, rotas, stock levels, and compliance logs.
• Oversee hot tub maintenance lifecycle and water quality testing.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for guest hot tub usage.
• Oversee routine maintenance of holiday homes, park facilities, and communal areas.
• Direct landscaping duties and pitch preparations.
