Job summary

Harrison Leisure UK seeks a Grounds & Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the park's upkeep, supervise the team, and ensure safety and high standards across facilities, holiday homes, outdoor spaces, and leisure amenities, including hot tubs.

This hands-on leadership role combines frontline maintenance with regulatory compliance, scheduling, stock control, and guest-facing support to deliver an exceptional experience for holiday homeowners and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in maintenance or grounds operations.
• Hands-on maintenance and landscaping background.
• Ability to manage safety, compliance, and records.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily schedules and delegate tasks across grounds and maintenance teams.
• Oversee hot tub maintenance, water testing, and safety compliance per guidelines.
• Inspect and maintain holiday homes, park facilities, and outdoor areas.
• Coordinate utilities, gas bottles, and safety inspections.
• Support guest experience and manage contractor oversight as needed.
