Job summary

Haulfryn is seeking a dependable, proactive team member to join our hot tub maintenance team on-site across our UK holiday parks. You will ensure all hot tubs are functioning correctly, maintain water quality, and support a five-star guest experience.

The role involves daily water testing, deep cleaning on changeover days, liaising with housekeeping and maintenance, completing compliance paperwork, and upholding health and safety standards in all weather.

Qualifications

• Experience in hot tub maintenance or basic water testing desirable.
• COSHH experience with commercial cleaning chemicals.
• Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers.
• Desirable: Photometer usage, Pool Plant qualification, or PWTAG/BISHTA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and test hot tubs across lodges to ensure high standards.
• Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing and deep cleaning on changeover days.
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to keep hot tubs in excellent condition.
• Complete compliance paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE and supplies.
• Follow health and safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
• Support a five-star guest experience by resolving faults and maintaining operation.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of the hot tub team across a range of lodges, ensuring all hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to a high standard
• Carry out twice-daily water chemistry testing, deep cleaning on changeover days, and address issues swiftly to minimise guest disruption
• Liaise with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure hot tubs remain in excellent condition
• Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain stock levels of chemicals, PPE, and relevant supplies
• Follow all health and safety procedures, ensuring safe working practices and correct use of PPE
• Support a five-star guest experience by resolving faults and maintaining operational excellence across all hot tubs on site
