Job summary

Haven is seeking a Grounds & Garden Team Member to maintain park grounds, beds, borders and landscapes to the highest standard for guests. You’ll work with the team to ensure safe, secure spaces and contribute to a welcoming outdoor environment.

The role offers training, career development with funded qualifications, and exclusive team perks. Must be 18+, comfortable in all weather, and able to perform physical tasks.

• Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance is valued but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the park and grounds to a high standard for guests, including flower beds, borders and landscaped areas.
