Job summary

Haven is seeking a Grounds & Garden Team Member to join our team and help create stunning outdoor spaces for our guests. You will care for flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas while upholding safety and high standards throughout the park.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is valued but training is provided.
• Basic plant knowledge including identifying weeds, pruning, and seasonal care.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the park and grounds to the highest standard for guests, including care of flower beds, borders and landscaped areas.
• Create a safe, secure and well-maintained space for all visitors through regular upkeep of the grounds and facilities.
• Keep gardens and green spaces vibrant, tidy and in top condition year-round to enhance guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team tomaintainthe park and grounds to the highest standard for our guests, this includes caring for flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas.
• Help create a safe, secure, and well-maintained space for all visitors through skilled and consistent upkeep of the park's grounds and facilities.
• Contribute to a refreshing and memorable guest experience by keeping our beautiful gardens and green spaces vibrant, tidy, and in top condition year-round.

Requirements

• Previousexperience in gardening, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is valued but not essential; we provide training.
• Basic plant knowledge (e.g.,identifyingweeds, pruning, seasonal care).
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as mowers, strimmer's, hedge trimmers, etc.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and undertake physical tasks.
• Due to operating grounds maintenance machinery, candidates must be 18 years and over.
