Haven is seeking a Grounds & Garden Team Member to join our team in Exmouth. You will help maintain flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas, ensuring our park remains inviting for guests year-round.

No prior experience is required, as Haven provides training. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, with opportunities for fully funded qualifications and team perks.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team tomaintainthe park and grounds to the highest standard for our guests, this includes caring for flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas.
• Help create a safe, secure, and well-maintained space for all visitors through skilled and consistent upkeep of the park's grounds and facilities.
• Contribute to a refreshing and memorable guest experience by keeping our beautiful gardens and green spaces vibrant, tidy, and in top condition year-round.

Requirements

• Previousexperience in gardening, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is valued but not essential; we provide training.
• Basic plant knowledge (e.g.,identifyingweeds, pruning, seasonal care).
• Familiarity with tools and equipment such as mowers, strimmer’s, hedge trimmers, etc.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and undertake physical tasks.
• Due to operating grounds maintenance machinery, candidates must be 18 years and over.
