Job summary

Haven is seeking a Grounds & Garden Team Member in Driffield to join our park operations team. You will help maintain flower beds, borders and landscaped areas to the highest standard for our guests.

We offer training, a supportive environment, and opportunities for career development. The role is on-site with flexible full-time, part-time, or seasonal hours, and pays up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.

Qualifications

• Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience valued but training provided.
• Genuine interest in gardening and outdoor work.
• Basic plant knowledge and seasonal care.
• Familiarity with mowing, strimming, hedge trimming tools.
• Willingness to work in all weather and perform physical tasks.
• Age 18 or over due to machinery operation.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to maintain the park and grounds to the highest standard for our guests.
• Care for flower beds, borders, and landscaped areas.
• Keep the grounds and facilities safe, secure, and well-maintained.
