Worthing Homes is seeking an Apprentice Grounds Operative to join the Grounds Team at Worthing. The role involves maintaining the appearance of our residents’ properties and supporting a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will learn horticultural skills, carry out pruning, grass cutting, hedge work, and seasonal maintenance. College attendance is required one day per week to achieve NVQ level 2 in horticulture.
