We’re looking for a Grounds Worker to help keep our communities safe, tidy, and well-maintained. If you have experience in fencing, paving, gutter cleaning and general grounds maintenance, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As a Grounds Worker, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the outdoor spaces of both occupied and void properties, ensuring that our communities remain well-kept, safe, and accessible.
Every day, you’ll be out and about in the community, making improvements whether it’s repairing or replacing fencing, relaying or renewing paving, or clearing and repairing gutters. Some of these duties will involve working at height using ladders, scaffolding or other approved access equipment in accordance with safe working practices. No two days are the same! You’ll tackle different challenges and see the real impact of your efforts.
