Job summary

TUI is seeking a Regulations Lead to coordinate compliance across Ground Operations, ensuring alignment with EASA, IATA, IOSA, and UK CAA requirements. You will lead the team handling regulations, manuals and training, while guiding management on regulatory strategy.

The role involves monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining GOM/GHM/IPM compliance, and representing Ground Ops in regulatory forums. Regular travel is expected between airline bases and offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Ground Operations with strong regulatory knowledge (EASA, IATA, IOSA).
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and audit cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team responsible for regulations, manuals, and training.
• Provide strategic regulatory advice to management for Ground Ops.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure GOM/GHM/IPM remain compliant.
• Represent Ground Ops in regulatory forums and maintain relationships with authorities.
• Oversee audits and drive remediation of non-compliance findings across all TUI Airlines.
• Maintain the departmental quality system and ensure up-to-date regulatory documentation.
