Job summary

TUI Cruises GmbH is seeking an experienced Regulations Lead to guide compliance across Ground Operations, manuals, and training. You will oversee audits, regulatory changes, and interface with authorities to ensure alignment with EASA, IATA, IOSA standards, while driving continuous improvement.

The role is hybrid, with regular travel between airline bases and AOC offices. Strong English, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Ground Operations with strong regulatory knowledge (EASA, IATA, IOSA).
• Experience leading a small team of SMEs for regulations, manuals and training.
• Ability to monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on Ground Operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of subject matter experts responsible for regulations, manuals, and training.
• Act as the senior SME for Ground Ops and ground handling regulations, providing strategic advice.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on Ground Operations processes; ensure manuals stay compliant.
• Represent Ground Ops in regulatory forums and maintain relationships with authorities (EASA, IATA, NAA).
• Represent Ground Ops in internal meetings and maintain relationships with Ground Ops Nominated Persons and AOC compliance, safety and security departments.
• Manage Ground Ops oversight performance data; analyze trends and present to managers.
• Oversee internal & external audits and closure of non-compliance findings; drive standardisation.
• Maintain and improve the departmental quality system (DQS) and adherence to procedures.
• Support IOSA revalidation audits as required.
• Oversee Ground Ops training programmes and maintain digital training libraries.
