TUI Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Regulations Lead for Ground Operations to drive compliance with EASA, IATA, IOSA standards. You will lead a small team, oversee manuals and training, and coordinate cross‑functional regulatory change across the airline and ground handling activities.
You will monitor regulatory developments, engage with authorities, and steer audits and continuous improvement initiatives, including the new UK CAA Ground Handling Regulation implementation.
As Regulations Lead, you will act as the compliance & regulations specialist and provide leadership and coordination across Ground Operations regulatory compliance, manuals, and internal training activities. This role ensures that TUI Airline maintains an outstanding portfolio of compliant processes and procedures, aligned with EASA, IATA, IOSA, and other regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters within Ground Operations, driving consistency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the team. You will manage and support the implementation of the new EASA & UK CAA Ground Handling Regulation, to ensure we are compliant with this new regulation both as an airline and ground handler.
We are happy to consider this role on a hybrid working model basis in line with local office attendance and/or business requirements (whichever is higher). Regular monthly travel should be expected between our Airline AOC office location and/or major airport bases.
