Job summary

Arcadis is the world’s leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. Our Ground Investigation team works on a range of environmental and planning projects, including major infrastructure and urban regeneration, offering hands-on experience through our 10–12 week internship or 12-month placement.

As a GROW specialist, you’ll join teams of consultants from day one, responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients,

Qualifications

Working towards a degree in a relevant subject.
Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working possible).
Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.
Comfortable with site-based working, when required for projects.

Responsibilities

Ground Investigation: undertake site-based investigations to support development schemes.
Be on site early, shadow engineers, or join a team on larger projects, delivering to high standards.
Produce reports and health & safety documentation, and develop commercial understanding.
