Arcadis is offering an internship and 12-month placement within our Ground Investigation discipline, part of a global multi-award-winning team. You will work in teams of consultants, liaising with clients, and delivering your own deliverables from day one.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in a relevant subject.
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required; virtual working embraced where possible.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable with site-based working when required for projects.

Responsibilities

• Undertake ground investigations to collect data on ground conditions to support a range of development schemes.
• Shadow experienced engineers on site and progress to supervising investigations.
• Produce reports and safety documentation; contribute to project planning and commercial awareness.
