Job summary

Arcadis is offering a hands-on 10–12 week internship or a 12‑month placement as part of our GROW program in Geo-Environmental disciplines. You will work in teams of consultants, liaising with clients and gaining experience on environmental and planning projects including major infrastructure and urban regeneration.

You will develop technical expertise and professional skills from day one. You will immerse yourself in site work, desk research and reporting, with signposted training and exposure

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in a relevant subject.
• Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and team playing.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site-based ground investigations and report writing.
• Support geological, geotechnical assessment and environmental restoration planning.
• Travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).
• Contribute to client liaison and delivery of project deliverables.
• Work in multi-disciplinary project teams on environmental and planning projects.
