Job summary

Premier Inn in Telford (The International Centre) is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner and keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy guest periods with 24 guaranteed hours per week on a fixed term contract. No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm staff who enjoy helping people will be taught the rest.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience; friendly people who enjoy helping others can learn the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
