Job summary

Premier Inn in Southampton is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas running smoothly.

This fixed-term role offers up to £13.06 per hour, 15 guaranteed hours per week, and training from day one. Location: 6 Dials, New Road, Southampton, SO14 0AB. Shift patterns include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, customer-focused approach with good communication.
• Able to stay calm and helpful during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
