Premier Inn Oxford South (Didcot) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-ins, serve breakfast or dinner, and help guests have a smooth stay at our Didcot site.

No hotel experience required—many of our team join from retail, cafés, pubs, or customer service. This is a permanent, part-time role with 25 hours per week and a pay of up to £13.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• You don't need hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
