Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn in Romford is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll greet guests, help with check-in, and deliver breakfast or dinner with warmth and efficiency.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, with 16 guaranteed hours per week. No hotel experience is required, and you’ll receive full training and ongoing support to grow your hospitality skills at Mercury Gardens, Romford.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful and able to stay calm when busy.
• Willing to learn and support guests across the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy.
• Support teammates when the hotel is busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
