Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the Nautico Lounge kitchen team in Weymouth. The role offers up to £13.20 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

You’ll work with Head Chef to deliver our all-day menu, maintain standards from prep to plate, and support a busy, friendly kitchen team across flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments.
• Ability to work as part of a busy kitchen team.
• Strong reliability and punctuality when on shift.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas to all-day lounge items.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
