Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Sorbo Lounge. The role offers up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. We’re looking for experienced Chef, Chef de Partie, Line Chef or Grill Chef to deliver high standards across all-day menus.

You’ll work with the Head Chef to keep prep, service, and standards on track, while enjoying flexible hours and a supportive team culture across 300+ sites in England and Wales.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
