Job summary

Loungers in Poole is hiring a Chef to join the Delfino Lounge kitchen, delivering high‑quality dishes to spec on a busy all‑day menu. You’ll work with the Head Chef to prep, cook, and plate while maintaining safety and consistency across service.

We offer up to £13.20 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, with flexible hours that suit part‑time or full‑time roles.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Team communication and reliability under pressure.
• Energy, pace, and a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
