Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the Oppio Lounge kitchen team in a flexible role with shifts that may include evenings and weekends. You’ll cook to spec, assist the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly while delivering high standards from prep to plate.

We offer competitive hourly pay up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, free meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, plus career development and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• You show up on time and give your best every shift.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
