Job summary

Byron is seeking a Chef to train and grow with our burger-focused brand in the heart of our kitchens. You’ll learn to craft world-class burgers and sides, while building a positive, collaborative culture with fellow Byronites.

Your role supports high-volume service, with a focus on consistency, speed, and guest satisfaction. You’ll benefit from a competitive hourly rate of £12.27 plus Tronc, pension, a free meal on shift, 50% food discount for you and guests, and access to Wagestream for pay

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Byron menu and presentation is expected.
• Respect health and safety standards at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

As a Chef with Byron, we’ll train you to have all the knowledge and skills needed to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. What will you be doing?

Led by your Head Chef, working with your team, you’ll help to create not only world-class burgers and sides, but an engaging culture and a positive atmosphere. We can teach you how build our delicious burgers and make the crispiest onion rings you’ve ever tasted. What we can’t teach you is to enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen and bringing a ‘can do’ attitude to work. Being a chef with Byron includes:
