Job summary

Byron in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team, helping us deliver delicious burgers, fries and sides with pace and care. No formal hospitality experience required—we’ll train you.

You'll work under the Head Chef, keep crockery and equipment clean, help with deliveries, follow health and safety procedures, assist with food prep and setup for service, and enjoy staff perks such as a pension, free meals on shift and generous discounts.

Job description

As a Kitchen Assistant with Byron, we’ll train you to have all the knowledge and skills needed to support the team to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. What will you be doing?

Led by your Head Chef, working with your team, you’ll help to keep service running as smoothly as possible. As a Kitchen Assistant with Byron, you’ll have one of the most important jobs in the business, making sure that plate after plate, our delicious Burgers, Fries and Sides feed our happy and hungry guests. Working at pace, you’ll be:
