Job summary

Byron is seeking a Head Chef to work with the General Manager, inspiring the team to deliver our burgers, fries and sides with energy and consistency.

You will lead the kitchen, develop staff, ensure Health & Safety standards, manage stock and control wastage while maintaining Byron’s service standards across shifts. A competitive base salary plus bonus and tronci share are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and audit standards.
• Experience in a leadership role within a kitchen.
• Great attention to detail to ensure food leaves the kitchen correctly.
• Ability to manage stock and track wastage.

Asa Head Chef, you’ll work with your General Manager to develop and inspire theteam to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries& sides, plate after plate after plate. You’ll make sure your shift runs asit should – smoothly, and with great energy. You'll love being in the heart ofthe business and working side by side with your fellow Byronites, because asdelicious as our burgers are, our people are the most important thing in ourrestaurants.
