Byron in York is looking for a Chef to join our busy kitchen. Under the Head Chef you’ll help prepare world-class burgers, fries and sides while building a friendly, can-do culture daily.

We’ll train you in all the skills you need, maintain food safety, and work as a team to deliver great plates. Perks include Wagestream pay access, a free meal on shift, 50% food discount, and entry into shopping voucher schemes.

As a Chef with Byron, we’ll train you to have all theknowledge and skills needed to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries &sides, plate after plate after plate. You'll love being in the heart of thebusiness and working side by side with your fellow Byronites, because asdelicious as our burgers are, our people are the most important thing in ourrestaurants.

What will you be doing?

Led by your Head Chef, working with your team, you’llhelp to create not only world-class burgers and sides, but an engaging cultureand a positive atmosphere. We can teach you how build our delicious burgers andmake the crispiest onion rings you’ve ever tasted. What we can’t teach you isto enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen and bringing a ‘can do’ attitude to work. Beinga chef with Byron includes:
