Qualifications

• Strong leadership and advisory capabilities.
• Experience with grid planning, transmission studies and power electronics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Forge partnerships with governmental/regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
• Guide customers on new technologies and markets and develop market entry strategies.
• Develop study scopes and concepts aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Review customer RFI/RFPs and drive bid decision with sales teams.
• Provide pricing strategy and risk evaluation insights for competitive bids.
• Lead regional business development with financial forecasting and planning.
