Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Brighton. You will maintain external residential estates, mowing, hedge trimming, planting and general grounds upkeep to ensure clean, safe and welcoming environments.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, temporary to permanent. A full UK driving licence is required, and you will work across sites using gardening power tools and ride-on machinery, with a

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in using gardening power tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and transport plant, machinery and equipment.
• Maintain grounds: grass cutting, debris clearing, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.
• Operate gardening power tools and ride-on machinery.
• Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe.
