Octopus Energy Services is seeking Smart Meter Engineers to install meters and in-home displays at customers’ homes in the UK, delivering a high standard of safety and service. You’ll explain how the devices help save energy and answer questions as part of a friendly, customer-first team.

Qualifications

• Experience installing smart meters.
• Customer-first mindset and can-do attitude.
• MOCoPA certification within the last 2 years.
• Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Install smart meters and in-home displays.
• Demonstrate meter usage and energy-saving tips.
• Answer customer questions about the green energy revolution.
• Represent Octopus Energy in customers' homes with safety and service focus.
