Job summary

Octopus Energy Group is seeking smart meter engineers to install meters in customers' homes and show how to use the in-home display to save energy. You’ll represent the brand in customers' homes, combining safe installation with excellent customer service.

The role includes flexible scheduling, a competitive starting salary, a performance bonus, and the opportunity to grow into renewable tech like EVs and heat pumps.

Qualifications

• MOCoPA certification within last 3 years and provide evidence.
• Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Fit meters at customers' homes and demonstrate Meter and In-Home Display operation.
• Explain energy saving tips and answer questions about the green energy revolution.
• Work with the Octopus Energy Services team to deliver top-class service and efficient installations.
