Job summary

ATR in North Tyneside is seeking a Grass Cutter to join an environmental care team. You will carry out grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers across designated areas and maintain grounds to required standards.

The role also involves operating strimmers, blowers and edging tools, litter collection, sweeping and general maintenance to keep areas tidy and safe for the community.

Responsibilities

• Carry out grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers across designated areas.
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment including strimmers, blowers and edging tools.
• Maintain clean and tidy areas through litter picking, sweeping, leaf clearance and removal of waste.
• Complete grass verge edging and general grounds maintenance to agreed standards.
