Job summary

Staff Power Group seeks an experienced maintenance worker to join our client in Northumberland. You will perform outdoor maintenance tasks including strimming, hedge trimming, weed and ivy control, litter picking, and water management for greenery. A full UK driving licence is essential as maintenance vehicles are used onsite. Adherence to Health & Safety standards is required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Strimming, hedge trimming, weeding and ivy removal.
• Replenishing stock in public areas such as toilets.
• Litter picking.
• Watering of lawns, trees and plants.
• Pressure washing of terraces, public spaces and machinery.
• Collecting fallen tree branches and other debris.
• Awareness of and compliance with Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
