Job summary

Staff Power Group seeks an experienced maintenance worker for our client in Blyth, Northumberland. You will operate in a maintenance environment, performing tasks such as strimming, hedge trimming, weeding and ivy removal, plus general tidying and upkeep of outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include stocking public areas (toilets), litter collection, plant watering, and pressure washing of terraces and machinery. A FULL UK driving licence is required for vehicle use.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance worker.

Responsibilities

• Strimming, hedge trimming, weeding and ivy removal.
• Replenishing stock in public areas such as toilets.
• Litter picking.
• Watering of lawns, trees and plants.
• Pressure washing of terraces, public spaces and machinery.
• Collecting fallen branches and other debris.
• Awareness of and compliance with Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
