Job summary

Interpath is seeking a motivated Graduate Associate to join the Value Creation team. You will work across sectors and help clients navigate challenges, build lasting value, and contribute to deliverables from day one.

The role provides ACA training, mentorship, hands-on client exposure, and opportunities to travel domestically and internationally. Based in London, you will engage in research, financial analyses, and collaboration with senior advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2:1 or above required.
• Experience in consultancy, advisory or analytical roles preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and analyzing to inform client recommendations and strategies.
• Support development of financial models addressing client needs and objectives.
• Participate in client meetings, contributing ideas and building relationships.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables, reports, and presentations with key findings.
• Engage in training and mentorship opportunities to advance ACA qualification.
