Job summary

Interpath is seeking a motivated Graduate Associate to join the Value Creation team. You will work across sectors and help clients navigate challenges, build lasting value, and contribute to deliverables from day one.

The role provides ACA training, mentorship, hands-on client exposure, and opportunities to travel domestically and internationally. Based in London, you will engage in research, financial analyses, and collaboration with senior advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting research and analysis to inform client recommendations and strategies to enhance value delivery.

• Participate in client meetings, contributing ideas and insights while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of high-quality deliverables, including reports and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development through training and mentorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and support new service offerings that enhance client satisfaction.

Your role will be dynamic and fulfilling with involvement in a diverse range of assignments spanning multiple industries both domestically and internationally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject, achieving a 2:1 or above (or equivalent).
• Internship or work experience in a consultancy, advisory, or relevant analytical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in team environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A commitment to professional development and a proactive approach to gaining industry knowledge.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in, and awareness of, emerging commercial and sector trends.
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel within the UK and internationally, as required to support project delivery needs.
• The successful candidate will be expected to work regularly from our London office or from client offices as part of this role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
