Job summary

Interpath Advisory in London is seeking a motivated Graduate Associate to join the Value Creation team. You will support analysis of business performance, identify opportunities, and help develop actionable strategies to enhance client profitability.

You will gain hands-on experience across diverse sectors, with ACA training, mentorship, and study leave. You will work with senior staff, traveling to client sites as needed and contributing from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or above.
• Internship or work experience in a consultancy/advisory role preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work in teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research and analysis to inform client recommendations and strategies.
• Support development of financial models and assessments addressing client needs.
• Participate in client meetings, contributing ideas and building stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to preparation of deliverables including reports and presentations.
• Engage in training and mentorship opportunities to achieve ACA qualification.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and support new service offerings.
