Job summary

Interpath is seeking a motivated Graduate Associate to join the Value Creation team in London. You will support performance analysis, build financial models, and help deliver actionable recommendations to clients across industries.

You'll work closely with senior colleagues, gain ACA training with study leave and mentorship, and develop commercial insight through hands-on client exposure from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree achieved 2:1 or above (or equivalent).
• Internship or work experience in a consultancy, advisory, or relevant analytical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in team environments.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A commitment to professional development and a proactive approach to gaining industry knowledge.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in, and awareness of, emerging commercial and sector trends.
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel within the UK and internationally, as required to support project delivery needs.
• The successful candidate will be expected to work regularly from our London office or from client offices as part of this role
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
