Job summary

Interpath Advisory in London is seeking a motivated Graduate Associate to join the Value Creation team. You will support analysis of business performance, identify opportunities, and help develop actionable strategies to enhance client profitability.

You will gain hands-on experience across diverse sectors, with ACA training, mentorship, and study leave. You will work with senior staff, traveling to client sites as needed and contributing from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or above.
• Internship or work experience in a consultancy/advisory role preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work in teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Interpath is looking for a motivated and dynamic Graduate Associate to join their Value Creation team. In this role, you will support the Value Creation team in analysing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing actionable strategies. You will work closely with senior team members to enhance our clients' operations and drive profitability through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting research and analysis to inform client recommendations and strategies to enhance value delivery.
• Support the development of financial models and assessments that address client needs and objectives.
• Participate in client meetings, contributing ideas and insights while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of high-quality deliverables, including reports and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development through training and mentorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and support new service offerings that enhance client satisfaction.

Your role will be dynamic and fulfilling with involvement in a diverse range of assignments spanning multiple industries both domestically and internationally.

• Bachelor's degree in any subject, achieving a 2:1 or above (or equivalent).
• Internship or work experience in a consultancy, advisory, or relevant analytical role is preferred.

• The successful candidate will be expected to work regularly from our London office or from client offices as part of this role
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
