Willmott Dixon’s Graduate Trainee Programme – Site Manager is based from Bristol, covering the Wales & West region. Over 2–3 years you’ll gain hands-on experience on live projects across Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire, with part-time study funded by Willmott Dixon.

The scheme offers a competitive salary with annual increases, a buddy from day one, exposure to site management, quantity surveying, design and preconstruction, and a fast-track route into management.

• Assist in turning plans into reality and lead safe, efficient delivery of construction projects.
• Support live projects and participate in structured rotations across site management, quantity surveying, design, preconstruction and more.

Graduate Trainee Programme - Site Manager

Launch your career in construction with our Graduate programme within the Wales & West region. Based from our office Bristol, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience working on exciting construction projects across Bristol, Somerset, and Gloucestershire helping to shape the communities of tomorrow.

Site Management:

You play a vital role in turning plans into reality, leading the safe and efficient delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Willmott Dixon is a privately owned contractor with a purpose beyond profit - delivering brilliant buildings, transforming lives, strengthening communities and enhancing the environment for future generations.

Our programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.
