Job summary

Willmott Dixon’s Graduate programme in the Midlands is based from our Birmingham office. It offers a 2 to 3 year pathway with hands-on experience on exciting construction projects across the Midlands, helping shape tomorrow’s communities.

You will earn, learn and gain real experience, with part-time study funded by Willmott Dixon. The programme includes structured rotations across site management, quantity surveying, design and preconstruction, fast-track progression into Assistant Management

Qualifications

• Oversee the proposals process and craft compelling written content for client pitches.
• Support rotations across functions to gain broad exposure (site management, quantity surveying, design, preconstruction).
• Pursue relevant qualification while employed, with costs paid by Willmott Dixon.

Proposals:

You will oversee the proposals process, creating compelling written content and strategies that \"wow\" our customers, showcase our strengths, and help secure future projects for the business.

Our programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.

Essential Criteria

• Right to work in the UK.

• You will need to be degree qualified by September 2027.
  - (Proposals Management) Degree equivalent in Marketing, Communications, English, History, Social Sciences, or construction-related subject

• (Desirable) You have had some exposure to construction (work experience, placement or similar).
