Job summary

Leonardo in Luton is launching its 18-month Graduate Programme for hardware engineers. From day one you’ll contribute to real projects and gain hands-on experience across the full hardware development lifecycle in a hybrid setting.

The starting salary is £34,000 with a £1,000 welcome bonus, plus potential £1,000 exit bonus and a Temporary Accommodation Allowance if criteria met. Occasional UK and overseas travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree in electronics or related STEM field.
• Interest in electronic hardware design and embedded systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design analogue, digital and mixed-signal hardware blocks.
• Support hardware lifecycle from concept to validation.
• Collaborate with systems, firmware, software, RF and mechanical teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and design reviews.
