Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking graduates to join our Technical Project Management and Technical Advisory teams across the UK as part of our three-year Accelerating your Future programme.

You will support the delivery of building and infrastructure projects from business case through design, procurement and handover, learning with mentors and gaining broad technical, commercial and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
• Methodical approach to problem solving and planning.
• Ability to use initiative and work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support client and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist with planning, programming and coordination of projects.
• Monitor project progress, risks, actions and key deliverables.
• Support procurement and contract administration activities.
• Assist with project financial management and forecasting.
• Coordinate information between clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, project meetings and site visits.
• Support governance, quality assurance and reporting processes.
• Prepare project updates, presentations and monthly reports.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support senior team members in delivering technical advisory and project management commissions.
