Job summary

Mott MacDonald invites applications for a Graduate Project Manager to join the Social Infrastructure team in the UK, supporting education, early years, health and social care projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one and join a three-year Accelerating your Future development programme.

You will work with experienced professionals, contribute to research, reporting, and tool development, and benefit from mentoring and structured training to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months relevant experience (excluding placements) and a bachelor’s degree obtained no earlier than 2025.
• Genuine interest in joining Mott MacDonald and in our graduate programme.
• UK immigration considerations: eligible routes without Skilled Worker sponsorship; willingness to work in the UK without visa sponsorship if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project administration and coordination across delivery stages.
• Contribute to development of project tools, communications and tracking systems.
• Support research, event planning, and client reporting.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards.
